The Arena provides education, training, sales systems, website building, software solutions, tools and resources to build your online presence and offers you full digital agency services to teach you the skills to grow your business. We exist to make you a better solopreneur or entrepreneur and endeavour to provide you with the most effective software, education and tools and resources possible. We do not, however, grow your business for you. The Arena is largely a DIY system so you must do the work yourself.

By clicking “I Agree to the Terms and Conditions” in the Online Application, the applicant (You) agree to be provided with the Services by The Arena (Arena) Pty Ltd ABN 65 779 211 369 (The Arena) and to enter into this legally binding Agreement with The Arena. Please read each part of the Agreement carefully and contact The Arena if You have any questions.

By joining The Arena services as a paid member, you are signing up to access our online training in the areas of marketing, sales and business growth and have access to our DIY website builder, software’s, tools and resources, sales funnels and templates. These training videos are delivered via our online learning platform and you will continue to have access to the specific videos, training and software’s you have purchased for as long as you continue paying for access.

You may pay for access to the Service in the following ways:

1. An annual subscription plan that requires payment to be made by credit card at the commencement of each year’s access. The annual subscription will continue until you request in writing for it to be cancelled

2. A lifetime access plan. This gives you access to the Services for as long as The Arena maintains this online learning platform

3. Paying through one of our Financing partners. This will give you access to the Services in line with the selected payment plan and access period

All monies are non-refundable once payment has been made. If you have recently paid for a period of access and would like to cancel your subscription plan, the cancellation will take effect from the next payment interval.

You agree that The Arena contains proprietary Content that is owned by The Arena and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The Arena provides you with the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and you agree that you will not use such proprietary Content in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement.

You will not use the Content available in The Arena in a manner that constitutes an infringement of The Arena’s rights or that has not been authorised in writing by The Arena. More specifically, unless explicitly authorised in this Agreement, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from The Arena. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print individual pages and resources from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

You will keep confidential any and all Confidential Information that you receive during your access to the Services. For the purpose of this agreement, Confidential Information means:

1. In respect of both the Parties, includes each Party’s confidential information about their business, structure, programs, processes, methods, operating procedures, activities, products and services, trade secrets, financial, accounting, marketing and technical information, customer and supplier lists (including prospective customer and supplier information), ideas, concepts, know-how, intellectual property, technology, and other information whether or not such information is reduced to a tangible form or marked in writing as "confidential"; and

2. In respect of The Arena only, includes the content, resources, materials, handouts and any login details provided in respect of the Program, any information provided to You by any of The Arena’s employees, contractors, agents or representatives (including any speakers or students that may from time to time provide advice or information to You) during the Program Term.

The Arena is committed to providing all customers with a positive experience and we will attempt to work with you to resolve any issues. If, however, you fail to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the Company, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, may:

1. Limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in The Arena without refund and/or

2. Terminate this Agreement.

Your obligations to The Arena under this Agreement will survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and The Arena may revise them at any time by posting an updated version. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Victoria.
